Services

Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. Failure to make payments may result in project delays or termination.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the final design. Sark Digital retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary information and feedback promptly. Delays caused by client inaction may result in project extensions or additional charges.

Revisions and Alterations

A set number of revisions is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including business strategies and proprietary data, confidential.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for fees associated with completed work until termination.

Liability

Sark Digital is not liable for any loss, damages, or claims arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherland/EU. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
